Structure Description of VTP Series vertical long axis turbine pumps
The structural diagram of VTP series vertical long axis turbine pumps is shown in Fig. 1.

VTP series vertical long axis turbine pumps have four driving modes: direct drive by ordinary vertical motor; direct drive by vertical hollow shaft motor; matching diesel engine or steam turbine to drive by right-angle gear box; matching horizontal motor to drive by right-angle gearbox.
Structure of<2>VTP Series vertical long axis turbine pumps
The pump equipment is mainly composed of three parts: pump body parts, water pipe parts and pump seat parts. The first two parts are located downhole and the pump seat part is located on the well.
ⅰ) VTP Series vertical long axis turbine pumps Body Components
The pump body parts mainly include: filter screen, impeller, sealing ring, taper sleeve, suction horn mouth, guide vane body, guide bearing, impeller shaft and other parts.
Flange connection is used between the suction horn mouth, the guide vane body and the guide vane body, and the impeller is fixed by a conical sleeve.
(ii) VTP Series vertical long axis turbine pumps Pipeline Components
The lifting pipe components are composed of lifting pipe, transmission shaft, guide bearing body, guide bearing and coupling.
Flange connection is used between water pipes; there are two forms of coupling: threaded coupling and sleeve coupling, which are generally threaded coupling.
III) Pump Block Components
Pump seat components mainly include water bending pipe and filling device. When driven by ordinary vertical motor, they are also equipped with motor support, thrust bearing components, anti-inversion mechanism, pump, motor coupling and other components.
The whole VTP series vertical long axis turbine pumps base components are fixed on the foundation with multiple anchor bolts.
